Cardiac Rehabilitation & Healthy Balance

The Visitor Parking Garage is located at the corner of Castillo and Pueblo, directly across the street from the Main Entrance/Pueblo Lobby.
Directions:

Use the Visitor Parking Garage and walk along Pueblo to the Main Entrance.
Enter the through the Main Entrance entrance and check in at the Concierge Desk.
If you are a new patient, you will speak with Admitting before you are escorted or guided to Cardiac Rehabilitation & Healthy Balance.
If you are a returning patient, after checking in with the Concierge Desk
Go past the Main Elevators and turn right and go all the way down the hallway until it ends and then turn right to reach the South Elevators located on the left.
Take the South Elevators to the Second Floor and take a right as you exit the elevators.
Go down the hallway and Cardiac Rehabilitation & Healthy Balance is located on the left.
